The van was relatively new, very clean, and equipped as detailed in the listing. Pick up and drop off was easy. Communication was punctual and on point when we needed it the most.

The VAN!!! Amazing! We were a family of 12 with luggage for all. Everyone was comfortable. We drove from San Diego to LA in 5 days making stops along the way. It enabled us to all be together and share the on road experiences that created lifetime memories! The service was bar-none..van was super clean on drop off. Drop off and pick up couldn’t have been any easier. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!

Great experience. Very accommodating staff, easy pick up and drop off, It was a very comfortable ride, seats were great, luggage area is huge. The only negative was that gas mileage was not nearly as good as expected from the information on the vehicle, we got about 17 to 19 miles a gallon, BUT considering how big a vehicle it is that is still good mileage.
