Guest payment plans
Sprinter Rentals may provide guests with the option to settle outstanding balances related to incidentals and/or damage claims via a payment plan. Should you choose to address any amounts due to Sprinter Rentals using such payment plans, the following terms will govern. Alongside these terms, the Sprinter Rentals terms of service (“TOS”) remain fully applicable.
Payment plans made available by Sprinter Rentals do not represent a loan or any form of financing arrangement. Sprinter Rentals does not impose any fees or interest charges in connection with your involvement in a payment plan. You confirm the existence of the owed balance to Sprinter Rentals upon acceptance of a payment plan.
By accepting a payment plan through the Services (as outlined in the TOS), you commit to fulfilling the scheduled payments detailed in the plan and verified via an email notification from Sprinter Rentals. The total number of installments and specific payment amounts depend on the outstanding balance and the particular plan option chosen within the Services.
Failure to receive any payment by Sprinter Rentals on the specified due date could lead to the remaining balance being referred to a third-party collection agency. The payment plan conditions stay active until the full balance owed to Sprinter Rentals under the plan is cleared or until Sprinter Rentals transfers the account to collections because of missed payments.
These terms do not limit or waive any legal rights or remedies available to Sprinter Rentals. Disputes arising under these payment plan terms fall under the dispute resolution sections specified in the TOS.
